Judy Bird
Five years after obtaining her R.N. from the Newton-Wellesley School of Nursing, Judy
moved to San Diego and worked as an emergency room nurse. In 1982, she was hired by
founder Deborah Szekely as a Fitness Specialist. Promotion to Fitness Director followed
3 years later and in 1989 she was named Executive Director. In addition to her nursing
degree, Judy is also certified in CPR, AED, Healing Touch and as a Special Touch
Facilitator for Breast Self Exam. |
